AmazeOrders - Cannabis Wholesale Ordering Platform

A B2B wholesale ordering platform for AMAZE Cannabis - a buyer portal where licensed dispensaries browse live inventory and place case orders, backed by an admin portal with a built-in sales CRM, credits, discounts, invoicing, and delivery routes.

Build something like this

The challenge

AMAZE Cannabis sells its AMAZE, NUGZ, and Acute product lines wholesale to licensed dispensaries. Taking those orders by phone, text, and spreadsheet meant buyers never saw live availability, sales reps tracked accounts in their heads, and every order had to be re-keyed before it could be invoiced and scheduled for delivery. The brand needed one system where dispensaries could order for themselves against real inventory, and where the internal team could manage buyers, pricing, and fulfilment from the same data.

What we built

Urnish Tech designed and built AmazeOrders, a two-sided wholesale platform on React, Node.js, and AWS. Dispensary buyers get a branded storefront showing the live catalog with case pricing, per-unit cost, potency, batch numbers, and downloadable lab reports, plus a live cart and order history per store location. The AMAZE team works from an admin portal covering the full sales cycle: a buyer CRM with pipeline stages and follow-ups, sales rep assignment, account credits, discounts, product and item management, invoices, and delivery routes, with user management and audit logs underneath. The platform also integrates the Claude AI API.

Challenges solved

Orders against live inventory

Buyers order from the same catalog the AMAZE team manages, so availability, pricing, and lab data are always current and orders no longer need re-keying.

Sales pipeline in the ordering system

The CRM sits next to the order data, so reps see each buyer's stage, locations, and follow-ups without exporting to a separate sales tool.

Compliance data at the point of sale

Batch numbers, potency, and certificates of analysis are attached to every product, giving dispensary buyers what they need for their own compliance before they order.

One login for multi-location buyers

Dispensary groups with several licensed stores order for each location from a single account, with separate orders and history per store.
