Can we hire your engineers permanently?
Yes - after a 6-month engagement, with a placement fee. Most engagements end with knowledge transfer rather than conversion, but the path is open.
Time zones?
Engineers can work in your time zone with at least 4 hours overlap. India-based engineers typically cover 3pm–11pm IST overlap with US PT, or full-day overlap with EU.
Do you handle equipment and software?
Engineers come with their own equipment. Software licenses (Datadog, Linear, GitHub) are typically yours - we work inside your tenant.
